Terms & Conditions


1 –Delivery policy


We will normally dispatch all orders within 24 hours of you placing an order.

We have three delivery options that can be selected in the Checkout page.

Free Delivery – This is the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For delivery option. This means that the package is more secure, but it will need to be signed for by someone when delivery is made.

You need to allow for approximately 4-5 working days for delivery. However this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Packages can be tracked using a tracking number that will be emailed to you when the package has been passed to the Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery – This is Royal Mail First Class Signed Delivery. The package should take approximately 1-2 working days to reach you if you order before 11 am Monday to Friday and will need to be signed for. However, please note that this is not guaranteed and delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances with the Royal Mail. You will be emailed a tracking code when the package has been passed to the Royal Mail.

International Delivery – We can deliver worldwide. You will need to allow at least 7-10 working days for delivery. Deliveries may take considerably longer depending on your location. You will be sent a tracking code when we have passed the package to the Royal Mail.

Local Delivery – We may be able to hand deliver your package within 1-2 days depending on your location. Please check with us prior to selecting this delivery option to ensure that we can deliver to your area as well as to confirm the estimated time of delivery.

We ask that you kindly double check the delivery address to ensure that it is correct prior to confirming the order as we will not take responsibility if the address is incorrect and the order gets returned to us.

Please also ensure that someone is available to collect the order and if not, that the order is collected from your local parcel collection center within the time specified on the back of the collection card.

2 – Privacy Policy


By using our site you are agreeing to our use of Cookies.

We only use cookies to enable site functionality such as the Checkout. We do not use Cookies to collect any personal data.

If you sign up to our email subscription then you are agreeing to us sending you occasional offers and newsletters. We do not pass your data to any 3rd Parties.

You can ask us to remove you from the email database by using the contact us page.

We do not take any payments / payment details directly through our site and we only use a trusted payment provider (PayPal) to enable transactions.

Occasionally we may provide links to 3rd Parties, we have no responsibility for these sites and ask that you access them at your discretion. We will only provide links to other sites that we feel are legitimate and safe, but we will not be held responsible for anything that may arise as a consequence of accessing a 3rd Party site via


3 – Exchanges and Refunds Policy


Please read our exchanges, cancellations and refunds policy carefully in order to know how to exercise your rights under the distance selling regulations.

We accept returns and exchanges and can offer a full refund on cancellation of an item if notified within 7 working days of the item being received by you. Notification of intention to cancel or exchange an item will be treated as valid if supplied to us via e-mail or post.

The effective date of cancellation or exchange will be treated as the date on which notification is granted to us. Once notification of intention to cancel or exchange an item has been provided to us, the item will need to be returned to us within 7 working days from the date that the item is received.

Please note that we can only provide refunds or exchanges if the product has not been opened and is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Due to hygiene reasons a refund or exchange will not be granted if the product has in any way been used.

Any postage costs payable in connection with the return of an item in respect of an exchange or cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer.
